Hi there, it's nice to meet you!

We all lead busy lives, but as a pet sitter, I would like you to know that I work from home, so I am able to offer you the comfort of knowing that I available to visit at whatever time of day suits you and your dear pets.  No need to worry if I'm only going to come early morning or evening.  I'm available for breakfast time, midday, afternoon and evening.  Whenever you need me, I can be there.

I was raised by passionate animal-loving parents.  We moved to the rural Lockyer Valley when I was 9 years old where I was lucky to be able to look after our horses, our pet cow Moo Moo, family dogs, our gorgeous Shetland Sheepdog Tippy and our crazy Staffy, Harley.

Over the years I owned and cared for our cats Snowy and Soxy and my beautiful Muscovy Duck Lucy, our budgies, parrots, mice, guinea pigs, fish as well as caring for local wildlife like native birds and a baby kangaroo we raised for a long time before taking him to Lone Pine Sanctuary where he lived the rest of his life there. 

I treat each animal as though it were my own dear "baby".   I am sooky la la with pets, showering them with praise, love and special head massages too!

I am very pedantic in making sure anything you ask me is properly done and that your pet is secure, happy and safe.

In our own home, we own a crazy eight year old Rottweiler, Valka and we said a heartbreaking goodbye to my beautiful 24 year old cockatiel, Cookie this year.

Big dogs, small dogs, cats, rodents, birds, chickens, horses, cows, donkeys, fish, snakes... I love them all!

My background in animals includes completing a Tafe course in pet care, working in many dog boarding kennels and catteries, volunteering for WIRES and the RSPCA, working in a very busy vet surgery as well as a dog grooming salon.

I am open and honest and welcome any questions you have.

Please be assured that your pet will be lovingly looked after while you are away and I will always update you with any photos, text messages or emails while you are away if you would like me to do so.
