A happy puppo makes all the difference when it comes to organising a sitter, so we definitely recommend introducing everyone before the booking commences.

When you book with one of our sitters, we want you to pay close attention to how the service plays out. We believe feedback, reviews and ratings are so important. Not to mention whether you get the lick of approval or not from your furry friend.

Every one of our sitters must complete our Pet Sitters Success Program. This program guarantees our Mad Paws community know what they're doing - it also ensures a level of reliability on their behalf. There's also the option to display valid police checks for those that want that extra bit of security.
