Entry is open to residents of Australia who are over the age of 18. Employees of the Promoter and the Promoter’s associated companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
The promotional period starts on April 29th, 2022, 3:00 PM AEST and ends on May 9th 8:00 AM, AEST. Winning entries will be selected at the Promoter’s discretion and conducted on May 9th 2022 9:00 AM AEST. The winner of the promotion will be notified via email and mobile on April 11th 2:00 PM, AEST. Prizes will be forfeited if they are unclaimed by May 28th, 2022.
Entrants are required to enter their first name, email and tell Mad Paws in 25 words or less, ‘why you are the best dog Mum’ to be eligible for the promotion. The competition is a game of skill and will be judged on the criteria of creativity to the question. Entrants may only submit one entry for the promotion.

The total prize pool is valued at $1,600 and there will be one (1) winner. The vouchers are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. The vouchers will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any balance remaining when the card expires will be forfeited, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

By entering this competition, participants agree to be communicated to in accordance with Mad Paw’s Privacy policy and Terms of Service available at www.madpaws.com.au/privacy and www.madpaws.com.au/terms. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and may also be used for the purposes specified in the Promoter’s privacy policy. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion.
The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, and prohibit further participation by an entrant in this Promotion, if the entrant:
- fails to verify their personal details and/or eligibility to enter the Promotion to the Promoter’s satisfaction;
- tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;
- submits an entry which in the Promoter’s opinion is not in accordance with these terms and conditions;
- acts in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or
- engages in conduct in entering the Promotion which in the Promoter’s opinion is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. This includes where entrants share receipts or product labels to enter the Promotion or where entrants use multiple names or addresses to register multiple entries.
The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
