What is the Fetch App?
The Fetch App was released by Mad Paws to help you manage your Fetch bookings in a more seamless and accurate manner.
How does the Fetch App work? What does the Fetch App let me do?
The Fetch App lets you confirm that you have completed a walk so we can ensure you get paid accurately and the client is also up to date with your booking.
How do I complete a walk?
Simply log in, find your client’s name, click Start New Walk, take a Starting Walk photo and complete the 45 minutes! Once done, you will be prompted to End Walk and take a photo of the doggos to confirm completion.
How do I view my client
To view a client name, simply head to your Client page. You should also be able to see the details of the booking as well as other special requirements we received from the client. Please note: the Fetch Team strives to pass on all information acquired, and some of the changes to the booking or additional special requirements may have been made directly between you and the client.
If you can’t view your client, please contact our Customer Support Team through this link and we will add your client ASAP.
I can’t view my client and my booking is about to start. What do I do?
If you can’t view your client, please contact our Customer Support Team and we will add your client ASAP.
If your booking is about to start, notify us and the client as soon as you can. From there, we’ll send you a separate timesheet to fill out to confirm the walk after completion.
I forgot my phone/my phone died. How do I complete a timesheet?
If your phone died before the walk or you can’t access it for some reason, please to notify us as soon as you have access.
If your booking is about to start, notify us and the client as soon as you can. Once we’ve heard from you, we’ll send you a separate timesheet so you can confirm the walk after completion.
What happens after I complete a walk?/When is payment made? How do I get paid?
Before every walk you need to do the following:
- Log in to your Mad Paws Fetch App with your Mad Paws logins
- Select your client’s name for your booking
- Click on Start Walk and take a photo
- Complete the walk for the time required
- Click on Submit once you’re done and that’s it!
- Both you and your client will receive a confirmation email
Our Fetch team will then approve payment which can be redeemed from your Mad Paws balance under your Mad Paws account. We pay our walkers on an ongoing basis.
