With the current lockdowns restrictions starting to ease down we’re seeing a huge surge in booking requests, and while we can’t be happier about this we also want to make sure we’re taking the right health and safety precautions, and following government guidelines to ensure that YOU, Pet Owners and the wider community is safe.
This is why we’re now offering fully vaccinated Sitters a COVID-19 Vaccination Badge. The badge will appear on your profile and will give Owners the opportunity to see who in our Community is vaccinated.
How can I apply for the COVID-19 Vaccination Badge?
To have this badge added to your profile you will need to:
- Complete a Support Ticket via our Help Centre, Reason “I want a Badge” then select: COVID Vaccination Badge
- Types of certificates: Certificates downloaded as a pdf or a screenshot from your Digital Wallet or Medicare App.
- Attach your vaccination certificate (we only accept Australian Government-issued)
Once you have completed the above steps our Customer Support team will check the document and add the badge to your profile.
