Name a better way to start the weekend than a brunch date with your furry friend in tow… we’ll wait.
After having published a list of 10 of the best dog friendly cafes on the east coast of Australia – including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast – we were inundated with requests for the rest of Oz.
So, calling all Rad-elaidians, here’s our edition of the best dog friendly cafes Adelaide has to offer!
3 of the best dog friendly cafes in and around Adelaide:
Peter Rabbit, CBD
Allow yourself to go down the rabbit hole! You and your doggo will love the whimsical vibes of this cafe, serving all day brunch and lunch. While you order a yummy brekky and coffee, don’t forget to order a Puppuccino for your furry partner, and relax in the peaceful garden area together.
Located a walk away from the River Torrens, make it your first stop for some sustenance before wandering the surrounding parklands with your pooch by your side.
Check out all that Peter Rabbit has to offer.
Seven Grounds, Brompton
For those residing in Melbourne and travelling through SA, this place has been described as Adelaide’s answer to Melbourne’s ‘Higher Ground’. That’s a pretty good indication of the quality of this place!
They make a good matcha, and have asian inspired dishes that have made them popular with brunchers. Be sure to try the ‘Breakfast Dumplings’, filled with bacon, egg, bathed in smoked ginger broth and topped with chilli oil and spring onions.
Peruse their menu on their website.
Fare and Square Cafe, North Adelaide
This cafe takes dog friendly to a whole new level, and we’re here for it! Not only is this brunch spot loved by so many because of the high level of customer service, it’s also just as dedicated to providing great pup-stomer service too!
On their ‘furnu’ (their menu for fur balls), they offer five drool-worthy options – from a Beethoven Bolognese to a Scooby Doo Stew, your pup will be begging for more.
Bring your four legged friends to Fare and Square for their renowned dog brunch menu.
Plan your next doggy date
Invite your furry friend on a brunch date this weekend. Not only will you be popular amongst the other cafe-goers (cue the pats and belly rubs for your dog), but you’ll have the cutest company to share a meal with.
Your pup will have such a good time, they’ll be hard-pressed to decide between joining you next time for a puppuccino or another Mad Paws Pet Sitter hang!
