Mad Paws is a Sydney-based start up that was created to fill in the ever growing need in the pet boarding market for affordable, and local pet accommodation whilst still maintaining the care, love, and attention pets received at high-end, expensive, pet boarding services.

Our Affiliate Marketing Program allows participants to earn a commission on the first paid booking made by a user, while referred to madpaws.com.au, using a specially tracked link.

Additionally, users who use the link will also be rewarded with credit in their Mad Paws Account.

We provide Affiliates with custom links that they can eg. place on a website, social media or send directly to another person.

Ideal partners to our Affiliate Program include pet owners, sitters, dog walkers, bloggers, dog trainers, doggie daycares, non-profit dog organizations, veterinarians and more.

1. Our Service and Booking Fees

Affiliate

1. Payout
   1. Affiliates earn $25 when a Mad Paws user completes their first paid booking using the link on madpaws.com.au
   2. Paid Sitter must be verified on madpaws.com.au 
   3. Paid Booking must be equal or greater than $25
2. Referral period
   1. Link clicked to Booking: 30 days’ cookie
   2. Booking to First Booking Paid: 30 days
3. Payment process
   1. Successful referrals accrue from the 1st until the last day of each month, when they get locked
   2. Approved transactions are paid between the 1st and 15th day of the following month after they get locked
4. Currency: AUD. Currency exchanges may occur if you have set a different currency on your account
5. Country: Only available for Affiliates with Bank Accounts in Australia

Users (who redeems the link)

1. Payout
   1. Users earn $25 when they use the link and pay for their first booking using the link on madpaws.com.au
   2. Paid Sitter must be verified on madpaws.com.au
   3. Paid Booking must be equal or greater than $25
2. Referral period
   1. Link clicked to Registration: 30 days
   2. Registration to First Booking Paid: 30 days
3. Payment process
   1. Successful referrals get locked in 24 hours
   2. Approved transactions take up to 72 hours to be credited to the user’s account from Mad Paws. There are no other payment options
4. Currency: AUD
5. Country: Only available for users with Mad Paws accounts in based in Australia

2. Termination and Account Cancellation

If You breach or threaten to breach these Terms, Mad Paws reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account and/or Your access to any part or all of the Platform and Our Services at any time without prior notice. This includes the Affiliate Program. If you are awaiting delivery of services (including any Pet Services pursuant to a Booking), Mad Paws reserves the right to cancel the delivery of such services. A refund may be issued.

Mad Paws may, in its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, without liability to You, with or without cause, and at any time: (a) terminate these Terms or Your access to the Platform, including the Affiliate Program, and (b) deactivate or cancel Your Mad Paws Account or registration or similar uses. Mad Paws’ proprietary rights, indemnities, disclaimer of warranties, limitations of liability and miscellaneous provisions shall survive any such termination. Mad Paws may provide notice of termination by regular mail or email, but is not obliged to do so. You may cancel Your Mad Paws Account at any time by sending an email to service@madpaws.com.au. However, it is important to note that You are personally liable for any Bookings, orders, Listings or pending transactions that apply to You or charges that You incur prior to Your termination/cancellation. Please note that if Your Mad Paws Account is cancelled, we do not have an obligation to delete or return to You any Content that You have posted on or to the Platform, including the Affiliate Program pages.

3. Miscellaneous

These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any Mad Paws Terms of Services and Rules available on the Mad Paws Platform) form the entire understanding relating to the use of the Affiliate Program and supersede any prior or conflicting, contemporaneous or additional, understandings. Mad Paws reserves the right to change these Terms or policies relating to the Affiliate Program at any time, without prior informing You or the User. This includes Payout values and Payment process. Such changes will be effective upon being posted on the Mad Paws Platform, including the Mad Paws Affiliate Program. You acknowledge that these Terms are binding on You and users of the link and agree to visit this page from time to time to review the then current Terms. Certain provisions of these Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or Terms published on particular pages of the Platform, including the Affiliate Program, where these notices may be posted from time to time. Your continued use of the Affiliate Program after any such postings is considered Your consent to such changes.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. All Users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State for all matters relating to these Terms or the Affiliate Program. Any dispute arising out of Your use of the Affiliate Program, or the Services purchased on it, will be subject to the exclusive courts of that jurisdiction.

You may not assign any of Your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written approval of Mad Paws. Any alleged assignment in violation of this section shall be void. Mad Paws may assign or renew any or all of our rights or obligations under these Terms without Your consent or notice to You and You agree not to object on any ground to, and at Your cost to sign such documents and do such things as necessary to give effect to, any such assignment or novation. All and any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Mad Paws.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision(s) shall be severed to the extent necessary to address such invalidity or unenforceability, with all other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
