Growth Hacker and Hustler-in-Residence (Junior/ Graduate Role)

With 25 million pets and counting, Australians love their pets and leaving them while on holiday, at work or even during the day can be stressful for both animals and their humans! Mad Paws takes away that stress, allowing pet owners to search for nearby sitters and find someone who really cares to look after their best friend when they can't.

The Mad Paws Pack is made up of a talented and passionate team working towards creating the largest pet community in Australia. We work hard, whilst also making sure to never take ourselves too seriously and enjoy every minute of this exciting adventure.

The Role:

Your role as Growth Hacker and Hustler in Residence will be to kick-start a new and exciting business venture within Mad Paws. This is a highly operational and strategic role, you’ll need to get your hands dirty, hacking around to find solutions, whilst also contributing significantly to the broad strategic direction in which this project will go.

    4. Hustle and do whatever it takes to connect those customers with pet sitters and achieve 100 bookings in no time!

    5. Meanwhile, using your learnings, brief the product team on a scalable technology solution

    6. Market Research – Understand how the market is already solving similar problems

  2. Strategic

    1. Customer Experience and Design Thinking – Be the voice of the customer and communicate customer feedback and pain points to the Head of Product to rapidly iterate on the value proposition

    2. Marketing Strategy – Collaborate with Marketing to fine tune our messaging and digital marketing strategy

    3. Operational Efficiency – Come up with creative and efficient solutions for our day-to-day operations based on qualitative and quantitative data
